2. Insert: Gently insert the head approximately 1 cm into your nostril.
3. Twist: Use a "gentle twist" motion along the nasal wall. Let the tool do the work.
4. Repeat: Repeat the process for the other nostril.
5. Rinse: Simply rinse the head clean, dry it, and store.
